Once your request is received, your entire e-Banking profile will be permanently deleted along with any associated data. If you would like e-Banking at a later date, you will have to re-enroll in e-Banking. This deletion is not a deletion of your account(s) with Paper City Savings as it only applies to the account data created by the Mobile App.

You may delete your e-Banking Mobile App profile by one of the following methods: Send an email to ebankingsupport@papercitysavings.com, in-person, call us at (715)423-8100 or mail your request to 4200 8^th Street South, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494.

Once your request is received, your entire e-Banking profile will be permanently deleted along with any associated data. If you would like e-Banking at a later date, you will have to re-enroll in e-Banking. This deletion is not a deletion of your account(s) with Paper City Savings as it only applies to the account data created by the Mobile App.
